Enable Google Workspace SAML SCIM for better control around user provisioning and deprovisioning.
Google Workspace SAML SCIM is a system for cross-domain identity management (SCIM) integration that creates automated user provisioning. You can then authorize, create, modify, or delete a user's identity in Google Workspace.
With Google Workspace SAML SCIM + Asana, you can:
Authenticate with your company's Google Workspace credentials, either via "Login with Google" or with SAML through Google Workspace.
Use Google Workspace SAML + SCIM together to utilize additional admin controls, such as provisioning and deprovisioning.
Here’s how to set up the integration:
Get the Service Account token from the Asana Admin console.
Set up auto-provisioning for the Asana application.
Display auto-provisioning.
Edit provisioning scope.
Deactivate auto-provisioning.
Define deprovisioning time frames.
Remove auto-provisioning.
